The Specialized Lending team at Solution Bank has supported Florence Luxury Leather S.r.l., based in the fashion hub of Scandicci, in forming an industrial partnership with GRIBA S.R.L.<\/a>, a historic Tuscan company specializing in metallic finishes for high fashion.<\/span> Florence Luxury Leather S.r.l., already active in the metal accessories market through ACME S.r.l., aims to establish an independent services and production entity by expanding the offerings of the Pelletterie TNL Group. This group specializes in quality control services, integrated logistics, and the production of leather and metal accessories for top international fashion brands. The operation is part of a broader integration strategy implemented by management, aimed at building a multi-service platform for the most prestigious high fashion brands. Thanks to the integration with Griba, the group will further strengthen its metalworking and finishing capabilities, offering its clients a ‘One-Stop-Shop’ service. With this operation, the Pelletterie TNL Group expects to increase consolidated revenues in 2023, diversify its client base, and acquire new skills and expertise.
