On Thursday 13 October, in the splendid setting of the Hotel Premier & Suite in Milano Marittima, the third day of the event dedicated to accountants and lawyers of which Solution Bank is the historical main sponsor took place.
During the day, organised by the Foundation O.d.c. Ravenna and the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna and managed with the valuable collaboration of the Judge of the Court of Ravenna, Dr. Alessandro Farolfi, several interesting topics were discussed around the title of the initiative “Over-indebtedness in the new crisis code: regulatory novelties, thematic updates, recent jurisprudential orientations”.
