Solution has financially supported the operation of Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR which, in partnership with the American fund Stellex Capital Management, has taken over the majority of Mecaer Aviation Group (MAG), a leading company in the aeronautical sector, specialized in control and landing systems and in the design and fitting out of interiors for helicopters and small jets.
In the articles, taken from “Il Sole 24 Ore” and from the websites fondoitaliano.it and bebeez.it, the deepening of this important project, which saw us among the protagonists, and which is focused on pursuing the ambitious plan of development and internationalization of one of the main players active in the production of critical technological equipment systems for the aviation sector and helicopters in particular.
