Attorney specializing in corporate law and commercial contracts, bankruptcy law, banking law, and corporate litigation, both judicial and arbitration. He is the author of publications on commercial law and financial markets. He has held and currently holds positions on the boards of directors of capital companies and banks. He specializes in professional training for banks and businesses.

Board of Statutory Auditors
I am a chartered accountant and legal auditor from Modena, and a professional partner at Abaco Commercialisti Associati.
Throughout my professional career, I have gained specific experience as Chairman of boards of auditors and effective auditor for banks, asset management companies, and legal entities specializing in corporate finance. I primarily focus on finance and professional assistance in extraordinary corporate transactions, both for Italian and foreign companies.
I am a member of the "International Taxation" focus group within the international network XLNC, of which Abaco is a founder.
