Solution Bank is seeking an Internal Auditor to join the Internal Audit Department, with the goal of contributing to the audit and monitoring of the Bank’s internal control system.
Main activities:
- carry out the follow-up activities required by the Department, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions;
- prepare audit reports, assist with the management of exit meetings, and contribute to the development and monitoring of the Master Plan for interventions;
- collaborate on the development and maintenance of the remote monitoring system;
- support the Department in preparing the annual and multi-year audit plans;

Requirements:
- a master’s degree in economics or law;
- At least 3 years of experience in internal audit or internal controls, preferably gained at banks, regulated financial intermediaries, or leading auditing and consulting firms;
- knowledge of key banking processes and national and European prudential regulatory requirements;
- Experience, preferably in banking audits or ICT audits;
- good knowledge of English;
- Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Position description
The employee, assigned to the Planning, Reporting, and Regulatory Reporting Office within the Finance Division, supports the preparation, review, and submission of the Bank’s regulatory reports, ensuring the quality and consistency of the data and assisting in the management of any findings and communications with regulatory authorities.
The position also involves analyzing economic, financial, and balance sheet data, as well as collaborating with the various company departments involved in the processes of collecting, validating, and producing reporting data.
Main activities:
- prepare and support the submission of key regulatory reports, including FINREP, COREP, and statistical and prudential reports;
- verify the quality, completeness, consistency, and reconciliation of the reported data;
- analyze any anomalies, deviations, and inconsistencies, identify their causes, and support the implementation of corrective actions;
- handle, within their areas of responsibility, any findings and requests for further information from the supervisory authorities;
- prepare periodic reports and analyses to support management and corporate bodies;
- analyze the Bank’s key economic, financial, and balance sheet data;
- collaborate with the company departments involved in collecting, processing, and validating the information needed to prepare reports;

Requirements:
- a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 2–5 years of experience in compliance reporting/regulatory reporting;
- Preferably from banks, financial intermediaries, or banking service centers;
- knowledge of supervisory regulations and key regulatory notices;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret economic and financial data.
Preferred qualifications:

Main activities:
The trainee will support the Investment Team in the evaluation, analysis, execution and monitoring of debt transactions, ranging from leveraged loans, HY bonds, corporate & real estate financing, UTP and NPLs.
With the support of a senior colleague, you will be responsible for:
- review of info memoranda, due diligence packages and market research;
