The history

Credito di Romagna, established in 2003 with headquarters in Forlì, was founded to be a reference bank in the Emilia Romagna region.

In April 2018, following the authorization of the ECB, SC Lowy, an international banking and financial group, entered the share capital of Credito di Romagna as a long-term strategic partner and became the controlling shareholder of the bank with a stake of over 90%.

On April 27, 2019, the Shareholders’ Meeting approves the change of company name by choosing a name that represents the current challenge and that embodies the new vision.

On 29 April 2019, Credito di Romagna becomes Solution Bank.

Solution counts on a team of 125 employees and is at the service of 25,000 customers, 6,000 of which are companies.

The bank operates with 10 branches in the main cities of the Emilia Romagna region: two branches in Forlì and Bologna, a branch in the cities of Rimini, Cesena, Imola, Ravenna, Faenza and Lugo.
