Solution Bank provided a loan assisted by the Guarantee Fund in favor of the company Grand Hotel Executive Srl.
The company is active in the purchase, sale, lease and management of hotels and other tourist accommodation activities. Grand Hotel Executive Srl requested new financing from Solution, aimed at supporting its real estate investment plan.
In particular, the company has completed the purchase of the Executive hotel, a four-star hotel located in Cesenatico, a few hundred meters from the sea. The hotel, recently renovated, is distributed over 6 floors, has 124 rooms and is equipped with a green area, parking, swimming pool and solarium.
An important support operation that sees Solution Bank committed to supporting the development of the tourism sector, fundamental for the growth of the economic fabric of Emilia-Romagna.
