FIRST HOME LOAN SUSPENSION FUND

The Gasparrini Fund is aimed at holders of a mortgage contracted for the purchase of their first home and provides for the possibility of benefiting from the suspension of the payment of instalments in the event of situations of temporary difficulty intended to have a negative impact on the income of the household.

MEASURES TAKEN FOR ENTERPRISES

Measures to support liquidity through the banking system. Customers are informed that Decree-Law no. 73 of 25 May 2021 – the so-called “Sostegni Bis” – has further extended to 31/12/2021 the measures introduced by art. 13, paragraph 1, of Liquidity Decree-Law no. 23 of 8 April 2020 converted, with amendments, by Law no. 40 of 5 June 2020. At the same time, a number of new features were introduced for the application for guarantees from the Fondo Centrale di Garanzia PMI – MCC / SIMEST / SACE to be combined with the aforementioned loans.
