Solution Bank supports the Borgosesia Group in the development of its investment plan. Borgosesia SpA is an Italian company active in the sector of investments in non-performing and alternative assets, aimed at revitalising real estate projects.
Specifically, Solution has granted a loan pursuant to Law No. 130 of 1999 (securitisation law) in favour of the vehicle BGS Securities S.r.l. – ‘NPL Italian Opportunities II’. The loan is for the purchase of loans and bonds with real estate underlyings in the residential and hospitality segments.
