Solution Bank is backing Valuefarma SpA with a loan backed by the Guarantee Fund.
Valuefarma has the ambition to become a key player in the pharmacy market in Italy. The group acquires and manages pharmacies throughout Italy, extracting synergies through modern retail management, customer orientation and centralized purchasing.
The goal is to make the pharmacy a welcoming and competent health care garrison, able to provide excellent quality and cutting-edge services for the health of its patients and customers.
Solution’s loan is part of the strategic project, assisting the company in the acquisition of Farmacia Sant’Anna, located in the town of San Mauro Torinese (TO).
