Solution Bank supports Calabria RE with a loan guaranteed by the Guarantee Fund.
Calabria RE owns the shopping center called Porto degli Ulivi, located in Rizziconi near Gioia Tauro, Calabria.
The center, developed over an area of more than 24,000 square meters and with more than 2,000 parking spaces, has 56 tenants with an occupancy rate of almost 100 percent. The main brands are Ipercoop, Expert and Domo Arreda Facile.
Since its acquisition by the new ownership in 2019, the center has been developing by improving product offerings and including international tenants, thus improving performance despite the difficult covid period.
Solution’s financing will be used to refinance existing debt and support the center’s development.
