Solution Bank has supported SFC Solution Italy S.r.l. with a loan assisted by SACE through Garanzia Italia.
SFC Solutions Italy, a company located in Ciriè (TO), represents one of the main European suppliers of gaskets and rubber compounds for the automotive market and specialized industrial sectors. In its production plant, thanks to its 350 employees, the company internally develops and manufactures customized equipment for the end customer.
In 2020 the company was acquired by the Mutares SE & Co. KGaA Group, together with other activities of the multinational Cooper Standard located in Poland, Spain and India. The acquisitions were merged into SFC Solutions, which today has six locations in Europe and seven production sites in India. The strategic orientation of the group is focused on pursuing the design and implementation of new technologies and new products, both for the automotive sector and for specialized industrial segments.
An important operation that once again sees Solution alongside a historic Italian company, active for about 85 years in the Piedmont area.
