    The position will be within the AML Office, located in Bologna at the DG offices.

    The main responsibilities of the role will be:

    • Conduct client census and monitoring for retail, small business, and corporate clients of the Bank;
    • Handle any changes to “sensitive” personal data on behalf of the branches, and based on inputs from the AML office;
    • Perform periodic checks to ensure the formal and substantive accuracy of the information contained in the client records;
    • Provide ongoing support to the network and DG offices on all matters related to client records.

    The candidate must possess the following skills:

    • Degree in Economics, Finance, and/or Law
    • 2-3 years of experience gained in banking or financial institutions
    • Accuracy, confidentiality, and autonomy in executing assigned tasks
    • Good communication skills, including with senior management
    • Proficiency in Windows applications, particularly Excel and Word

    Good command of spoken and written English.

    The position sought will be placed within the Leasing Back Office, based in Modena.

    Main activities:

    • assisting in the management and organization of commercial and contractual documentation;

    Solution Bank is seeking an intern for its General Headquarters in Bologna to join the IT Operations Area, reporting directly to the Head of the Function.

    The mission of the Function is:

    • To analyze processes and procedures from a continuous improvement perspective, focusing on those that impact the operations of territorial structures (branches, headquarters);
    • To analyze processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement, aiming at enhancing the operations of territorial structures (branches and headquarters).
    • Oversee the continuous evolution, rationalization, and optimization of the internal process system, supporting other Headquarters Functions in the development and adjustment of the Bank’s organizational structures.
    • Ensure the rationalization and optimization of the Bank’s organizational structure.

    The activities the candidate will have the opportunity to follow, under the supervision of the Manager, will include:

    • Proper archiving of documents produced by the General Headquarters and branches, in compliance with current laws;
    • Analysis of proposals for implementing measures to rationalize the company’s organization in order to optimize efficiency;
    • Entry of internal regulations produced by the Office or other Departments of the General Headquarters into the Bank’s electronic archive;
    • Drafting, updating, issuing, and archiving, in coordination with the relevant corporate bodies and other company functions, internal regulations and forms.
    • Promote initiatives to optimize the request processes for various support services (Real Estate, Security, etc.) in order to simplify, streamline, and expedite the handling and resolution of interventions.
    • Activities related to the maintenance of properties and facilities in general;
    • Manage the inventory of materials necessary for the operation of offices, monitoring and controlling stock levels.
    • Manage the Central Archive in accordance with the directives of the General Headquarters.

    Therefore, the following is required:

    • Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;

    The candidate will work in the Investment Team based in Milan as Junior Analyst. Day-to-day tasks responsibilities will include:

    • Collecting and analyzing financial information;
    • Creating financial models and performing scenario analysis on business plans;
    • Writing investment committee memos, helping to make informed, and hopefully, correct decisions;
    • Monitoring investments portfolio;
    • Attending client meetings.

    Specialistic and IT competences

    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint);
    • A previous experience in Real Estate, Corporate and Leverage Finance, Investment Fund is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
    • Solid knowledge of financial analysis under several standards
