On 25 October discover INBANK, your new Internet Banking
Control and manage your current account as you wish thanks to the potential and services of the new platform
SOME USEFUL INFORMATION
The changeover to the new platform will not entail any additional cost over and above what is already required to use the service.
From 11:00 a.m. on Friday 22 October 2021, the current SimplyBank service will be provided exclusively in display mode and it will no longer be possible to send any type of payment order (this information function will remain active until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday 30 November 2021).
Full online operation of your current account will be restored on the morning of Monday 25 October 2021, via the new INBANK platform.
During this short period of time, your reports will still be fully operational, so if you need to, you can go to the Bank’s branches during banking hours on Friday 22 and Monday 25 October.
Beneficiary and documentary archives
On the new INBANK platform, all previously uploaded data relating to beneficiaries of transfers, debtors of bills of exchange and F24 payers will be available, while the history of orders made via the old platform will no longer be available. We therefore invite you to download any documents such as F24 receipts and postal or CBILL/PagoPA slips of interest to you before 22 October 2021.
The account statements related to the relationships opened with Solution Bank S.p.A. will be always viewable in the special section of documental archiving of INBANK.
Multiuser
It will no longer be possible for “Retail” terminals to connect secondary users in multi-user mode on the INBANK platform. However, this will be possible for “Business” terminals, which from 25 October 2021 will be able to independently create any secondary users in multi-user mode on the new INBANK platform.

HOW TO ENTER
From the morning of 25 October, by connecting to the Customer Area of www.solution.bank you will be directed to the log-in page of Inbank, your new internet banking.
Here, to log in for the first time, you will need to enter your User ID, which remains unchanged and is the same as the one you are currently using, and your New Password.
The password for the first access will be communicated to you via the Notify app, which you can now download by following the links in the in-depth study on this page.

SECURITY SYSTEMS
The current security features “physical token”, “SimplyMobile token” and “QRCodePlainPay” will be deactivated and replaced by the new NOTIFY app.
Download NOTIFY now and manage the security of your Internet Banking and Mobile App.
You can authorise and monitor your main banking operations by receiving notifications. You can manage access, block and unblock the operation of your account and even your cards, a very convenient feature when you are abroad.
Receive notifications for:
- Confirmation codes for access authorisation or provisions
- Reports related to accessing and user blocking
- Transaction reporting and management
- Reporting of debit card transactions and blocking/unblocking of operations
- Communications from the bank and information notes on the status of services

SOLUTION MOBILE
With the new Solution Mobile App you have all your banking operations at your fingertips.
Solution Mobile is the application dedicated to Solution Bank customers, a safe, fast and convenient tool to manage your account, make payments with maximum security and control investments directly from your smartphone.
The new Solution Mobile App has a simple interface designed to be fast and immediate and allow you to take advantage of all the services that our bank offers.
The service is completely free of charge and accessible to all Solution Bank account holders.
With Solution Mobile you can:
- Access your account with a secure and fast tool
- Customise your home according to your needs
- In a few simple steps you can make transfers, pay bills, top up mobile phones and prepaid cards.
- Store frequent operations to quickly replicate them whenever you want
- Configure customised alert notifications (balance below a threshold of your choice, salary credit, etc.)
