Solution Bank stands by the Borgosesia Group in developing its investment plan with a new 7 million euro line of credit

Solution Bank supports the Borgosesia Group in developing its investment plan. Borgosesia SpA is an Italian company active in investing in non-performing and alternative assets, aimed at revitalizing real estate projects. Specifically, Solution Bank has granted a loan under Law No. 130 of 1999 (Securitization Law) in favor of the vehicle BGS Securities S.r.l. – “NPL Italian Opportunities II” compartment. The loan is intended for the acquisition of credits and bonds with underlying real estate assets in the residential and hospitality segments. Check the official press release
