More information on direct debits
This form shall therefore not be used to request the reimbursement of individual transactions resulting from direct debits/SDDs for which the Customer has formally authorised the debit through the acceptance of a payment mandate. If the Customer is a Consumer and has authorised SDD ‘Core’ direct debit transactions, the Customer is entitled to request the refund of individual debit transactions within 8 weeks from their execution date by submitting a specific written request asking the Bank for a refund for authorised SDD ‘Core’ direct debit transactions
