Vitruvius Partners is a general contractor operating as a prime contractor throughout Italy, primarily in Northern Italy, Sardinia, and Lazio. Vitruvius operates in residential, industrial, and commercial contexts, handling both the design and execution of projects with a particular focus on sustainable green development. The company either revitalizes existing buildings or undertakes new constructions from scratch. Vitruvius Partners’ headquarters is in Milan, with two operational branches located in Asti and Sassari. With the financing, Solution Bank supports Vitruvius Partners in its growth journey and investments aimed at improving energy performance, helping to foster its expansion and consolidate its market position.
