Last Friday 7 February, at the Grand Hotel Forlì, Solution Bank participated as a sponsor in the event “The evolved enterprise between adequate structures and the crisis code“, organised by the Forlì Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and the Foundation of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Forlì-Cesena.
The initiative represented an important opportunity for discussion and in-depth analysis on the Business Crisis and Insolvency Code, with a focus on appropriate organisational arrangements, negotiated crisis resolution and the responsibilities of supervisory bodies.
During the day, industry experts, magistrates, representatives of institutions and the academic world illustrated operational tools and intervention models to prevent and manage corporate crisis situations, offering a comprehensive view of regulatory changes and ESG factors as an element of sustainability and business continuity.
Adela Kito, Solution Bank’s Underwriting & Execution Manager, also took the floor at the opening of the event, among the institutional greetings, together with representatives of institutions and trade associations, to emphasise the importance of a constructive dialogue between professionals, businesses and financial operators to face the challenges of business continuity. Also present were Andrea Rustignoli, Director of the Forlì Ravegnana branch, Daniele Biondini, Director of the Forlì Repubblica branch, Paolo Galletti, Director of the Ravenna and Lugo branches, and Milena Casali, Director of the Cesena branch.
The event, which saw a large and qualified attendance, concluded with a focus on the novelties of the CCII corrective and the governance of companies in crisis, providing operational insights and useful reflections for professionals and companies in the area.
