Application of the annual fee for “Visa International Debit” debit cards
Solution Bank has completed an extensive review of its processes for verifying and managing the products offered to customers. During this analysis, it was found that a limited number of customers (approximately 250) had been charged the 2024 annual fee for the “Visa International Debit” card, which was not provided for in the contract.
The Bank has already refunded the amounts not due, crediting them to the current accounts of the customers concerned.
