Solution Bank has financed the Officine Maccaferri Group.

Solution Bank has provided a €10 million loan guaranteed by SACE to support the Officine Maccaferri Group. Officine Maccaferri S.p.A. is a global leader in civil and environmental engineering with 23 plants across 4 continents, over 3,000 employees, and a commercial presence in more than 130 countries. Officine Maccaferri provides advanced engineering solutions for mitigating hydrogeological risks, as well as for the development and safety of transportation infrastructure and urban environments. The company, chaired by Sergio Iasi and led by CEO Lapo Vivarelli Colonna, is now one of the leading global operators in the design and development of cutting-edge and sustainable products in the fields of double twist mesh, geosynthetics, and rockfall protection. With the financing, Solution Bank supports Officine Maccaferri in its growth journey and consolidation of its leadership position in both the Italian and international markets. On the company side, the operation was overseen by Giampietro Gardellini, CFO of the Group, and Paolo Bitonti, Head of Treasury for the Group.
